Whilst we are not legally required to have a policy as our turnover is under 36m, we are very aware of this inhumane practice.    

We are so opposed to this form of inhumanity we have made a voluntary statement/policy.   Additionally, to keep abreast of this issue, we are advised by our HR Consultants, The REC and Government Guidelines".
